There are already rumors that Microsoft will release a new version by the first half of 2008 codenamed Photon....
So don't get too enthusiastic about it...
And besides I had really bad experiences with Windows for Mobile, as it handles phone functionalities poorly!

Just looks like a tarted up version of WM5 tbh, i reckon Windows should look to perfect WM5 rather than realeasing a new version

actually my wm5 looks better than this
it really looks way too similar, and with third party plugins you can have it look like whatever you want

Hopefully, the underwhelming cosmetic changes is not an accurate reflection of extent of the more important, beneath-surface updates, which will hopefully start to make using the devices as phones a bit more reliable (and bearable!)
Mind you, I can't complain too much at this point since I've been well trained in the unruly ways of WM5 Phone devices... nothing really surprises me anymore |

@all.. WM5 is not all dat bad! I'v been usin a Moto MPx200 flashed with WM5 ROM, 4 over an year. I lik the flexibility of WM. I own a Nok6630 too. But i use MPx200 as my regular fon. I'v also used two PocketPCs, iMate JAMin & DOPOD C800.
To enjoy d OS u need d right HW nd a mind to learn new things.
WM5 n WM6 runs on d same core ie: Windows CE5. WM6 is WM5 with AKU3 update, which visited a beauty parlour....
For a pre-release review u may visit...

yeah its just a theme
@mrao how did you downgrade JAMin to the earlier version?
coz on the clubimate site for K-JAM it says:
Please note before proceeding:
You will not be able to downgrade to the earlier K-JAM ROM build, once this upgrade has taken place.
just curious, although i have the Rom version: 2.16.9.1 on my K-JAM for direct flash
