Sorry my english is no good enough. I hope you can understand.
[#] download and install new driver first
1) For Windows 2000 user, download MultiMediaCard reader PnP String eraser. Unzip it. Run "2000Parallel.exe" and follow the on screen instructions.
Download pnperase.zip Here
2) Install driver for Parallel Port MultiMediaCard readers running under Windows 95, 98, NT4 and 2000. Version 3.0
Download Ppmmc.zip Here
I am using Win2k. I got the problem of using the card reader. Sometimes it causes blue screen.
SOLUTION:
1)Run 'RegEdit.exe'
2)go to Hkey_Local_MachineSoftwareMicrosoftWindowsCurrentVersionRun
3)Delete a key string named "ICONFIG"(similar name, I am not sure,'cause I have deleted it long time ago)
I haven't got winxp. As I know the card reader not support winxp yet. But you can try the soultion above.
p.s. If anyone can list all the key-strings under the RUN, I can pick up the one you need to delete.
