about "American" it products (DELL & Apple as I'm using). I recently had my 5c on service. when you speak to them They fix everything ultra fast and good.
They send a UPS car the very next day (and this is just with standard/basic warranty) and pick up the product, ship it to Holland (Apples main repair headquarter in Europe) with express. Fix it. Send it back in 4-5 days. Wow.
DELL does also have awesome service. Always fix everything on the phone and VIPs. The door bell is ringing)
when I had some Asian brands there was light years away in service. I had to go down to the shop i bought it in. Then they send your product to same third part repair shop it took 3-4 weeks before I got the product back.
I truly feel that American brands has the best service.
